Following the Service, the Images will be developed and processed. We are aiming to develop all images within one (1) week following the Service. However, depending on the number of captured Media, this process might take up to two (2) weeks.
Once your order has been placed, we will process your details and place an order with our printing and framing manufacturers. As all orders are produced upon request, the typical wait time for an unframed print is five (5) working days plus delivery, and fifteen (15) working days plus delivery for a framed print, acrylic wall mount or acrylic block. If there are any unexpected delays, we will try to send you an e-mail to notify you.
We strive to ensure that the shipping charges calculated at the time of payment are accurate, however there may be situations where the calculation is incorrect and subject to slight variances. In the unlikely situation that shipping costs are higher than paid we will try our best to cover the difference, however in cases where there is a significant difference, we reserve the right to contact you and invoice the difference.
Prints are sent via Australia Post or courier and are insured and trackable once dispatched. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages, extended delivery time or loss to products sent via postal services. We will pursue the courier service and lodge a formal investigation if your package has not arrived within the online tracking time frame. We will ensure all avenues and effort is made to the best of our ability to find and deliver your products, however no refund or compensation will be made. It is our sole discretion whether to provide a replacement product.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any cost or expense that you incur as a result of postage or import taxes, if any.
We prefer a digital online delivery, since this is generally faster. We also offer a personal pick up option. In this case a USB drive can be purchased from SkyReefPhoto for additional AU$ 10. Due to security reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept any used USB flash-drives.
Following the Service, we are screening all taken images and remove any images that may be out of focus or not to our high standard. All remaining images are referred to as keeper images and will be delivered to the customer.
SkyReefPhoto is using years of experience to create professional and stunning images. Digital development with latest software is used to enhance the final products. To achieve and hold a constant quality, SkyReefPhoto is using different “Styles”, which encompass colour grading, exposure compensation and much more. Retouching images may also involve minor removal of distractions (e.g. reflections, dust particles, etc.) to enhance the final product. Under no circumstances will SkyReefPhoto perform advanced editing / retouching, such as individual removal of objects, persons, body markings, etc.
We are only offering digital images and canvas prints.
